1.    Amend the  Joint City & County Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP)
2.    Rescind the Saunders Lake Area Structure Plan (ASP)
3.    Amend the Leduc County Municipal Development Plan (MDP)
4.    Adopt the Northwest Saunders Lake Area Structure Plan (NWSLASP)
 
You are receiving this email regarding the above planning projects as you have expressed interest in the process to date.
 
Please accept this email as notification that following the second round of public hearings that took place on March 14, 2017 to discuss the proposals, Leduc County Council will be considering second reading of the proposed bylaws on April 4, 2017.
 
Whilst the public portion of the consideration process has now closed, members of the public are welcome to attend the Council session to hear staff presentations and subsequent Council deliberation of the recommendation. 
 
For further information regarding these projects, please visit the dedicated Saunders Lake web page for Leduc County, which can be found at www.leduc-county.com/saunders-lake. The Council agenda for April 4, along with copies of the associated reports to Council and proposed bylaws are expected to be posted by the evening of Friday March 31. The County's Saunders Lake webpage will include links to access the reports once they are publicly available.
